Is Rome built in 100 days?

Malaysia is 466 times bigger in land size than Singapore, endowed with RICH resources, but all the profits sits in BN politicians' pockets or wasted in useless mega projects or white elephants. What does Singapore have? Poor in natural resources, but all the profits sits in the PEOPLE'S pockets.
